JITC Releases DoD5015.02 Version 3 Certification Report for Infolinx WEB

In coordination with the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC), Infolinx System Solutions announced the successful DoD5015.2 certification of its flagship Infolinx WEB physical records management solution.

Infolinx System Solutions, a leading provider of enterprise physical records management software, announced the successful completion of the scheduled DoD5015.02, version 3 testing of its physical records management application, Infolinx WEB. In conjunction with IBM's Records Manager 8.5, the integrated solution not only meets the stringent DoD requirements, but also offers a host of features specific to the enterprise management of physical records.

Deployed across North America and into Europe, the Infolinx WEB application includes integrated ECM, robust searching, online requesting, complete audit history, location reconciliation, supply item ordering, retention schedule and legal holds management, integrated RFID technology, space management with charge-back functionality, extensive reporting capability, advanced security configuration, workflow email notifications, and legacy data sharing.

Starting in 2005, the Infolinx WEB product has been through the DoD certification process three times.
