Orlando Airport Hotel's Hemisphere Steak and Seafood Restaurant receives Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence and Orlando Home and Leisure's Silver Spoon Award.

Receiving the Silver Spoon Award for Best View is a testament to the smiles we have seen from guests as they watch a jumbo jet take flight right in front of their eyes.

For the third year in a row, Hemisphere Steak and Seafood has received Wine Spectator's "Award of Excellence," recognizing Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport hotel's restaurant for its impeccable wines.

"Wine Spectator's Award Program recognizes restaurants that offer wine lists with interesting selections, wines that are appropriate to the cuisine, and lastly, wines that appeal to a wide range of wine lovers." To qualify for this award, wine lists must include vintages and appellations for all selections, including wines by the glass. The Orlando Airport hotel's Executive Chef, David Didzunas personally pairs the wine selections with the restaurant's fashionable cuisine.

"As we develop our menu, we incorporate indigenous flavors and tastes specifically designed to complement our award winning wine list," said Didzunas. "Receiving this award three years in a row displays the continued commitment to quality that each employee prides themselves with, in every interaction we share with guests."

In addition to Wine Spectator's "Award of Excellence", the Orlando International Airport hotel restaurant recently received Orlando Home and Leisure's "Silver Spoon Award for Best View." Coveted by restaurateurs and demanded by OH&L readers, this is Orlando's only juried dining competition by experts such as food editor and cookbook author Pam Brandon and food critic and web author of Orlando Dining Guide Scott Joseph.

Hemisphere Steak and Seafood is open for breakfast, seven days a week from 6:30 AM-11:00 AM and dinner, Monday-Friday from 5:30 PM-10:00 PM.
