Hyatt Regency Bellevue, a leading Seattle area luxury hotel, is pleased to announce the introduction of the refreshed Twisted Cork and Twisted Cork Lounge to downtown Bellevue. Located off of the Seattle area hotel's lobby, Twisted Cork and Twisted Cork Lounge have reopened under new management along with a new look and menu featuring fresh, local ingredients and a 'twist' on the expected. Both the Seattle area luxury hotel's restaurant and lounge offer seasonal, rotating menus full of local ingredients from some of the area's most beloved purveyors, including Macrina Bakery, Beecher's Cheese and Pacific Seafood. Under the direction of Executive Chef Greg Kurtz, Twisted Cork is open for breakfast, with Twisted Cork Lounge opening in the evening for tapas-style dining, cocktails and entertainment.

Twisted Cork is open for breakfast every morning, featuring a full menu and buffet. Guests can also enjoy $3 mimosas and Bloody Mary's available throughout breakfast until 10:30 a.m. weekdays and 11:30 a.m. on weekends.

In the evenings, guests will enjoy the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere of Twisted Cork Lounge. Offering plush, modern armchairs to unwind with friends or a seat at the bar to admire the mixology, the contemporary décor provides a perfect setting for the innovative menu. Delicious libations, including Washington wines and select Northwest microbrews on tap, are accompanied by vibrant tapas-style plates.

Additionally, Twisted Cork Lounge offers a selection of tantalizing cocktails including the champagne and raspberry infused Bellevue Bling, vodka and grapefruit based Pink Panther, Mango Peach Sangria featuring Grand Marnier and viogner, and more. Sip one of these specialty drinks during happy hour Monday through Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m. when all specialty cocktails are only $5, and beer and wine is available for $4. Twisted Cork Lounge also features live music from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. every Friday and Saturday night.

Twisted Cork was taken under management by the Seattle area hotel after the original restaurant was closed in March 2010. The hotel was excited by the opportunity to expand upon and develop the space into something truly unique for hotel guests, and Bellevue residents and visitors alike.

"We saw the chance to offer something unexpected," said Rolf Osterwalder, general manager of Hyatt Regency Bellevue. "Bellevue was in need of a great breakfast spot, as well as a comfortable lounge with intriguing food, and that's just what we've accomplished with the new Twisted Cork and Twisted Cork Lounge. It's a place to bring your family for brunch, have a relaxed breakfast meeting, or unwind in the evening and take in some live music - it's the perfect combination."

Twisted Cork and Twisted Cork Lounge can be found at 900 Bellevue Way Northeast on the ground floor of Bellevue Place, located just off the lobby of Hyatt Regency Bellevue. The 293-seat Twisted Cork restaurant is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Twisted Cork lounge can be enjoyed Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. For more information or to make reservations, please call (425) 698-4100 or visit .
