Qualvu, the company that elicits richer information from consumers and professionals through online video-based research, has redesigned its product to offer enhanced features and flexibility to clients.
Qualvu’s newly designed website makes it easier, and faster, for clients to access their truth. From customizable client home pages incorporating widgets, a client can check up on a project at any point in the research process to view or edit video of consumers’ responses, track project execution and even review and customize reports.
“In our three short years, we’ve spent the lion’s share of our effort delivering tools that bring clients closer to the truth of what consumers really think and do, and we have done so in a way that has made other qualitative research methods obsolete. We thought it was time to put the same creativity and effort into making it as easy for our clients to engage the insights as it is for our participants to share them,” said Qualvu CEO John Williamson. “We have refined our software experience to enable clients to get accurate and actionable consumer intelligence in an even more streamlined setting.”
The default start page within the Qualvu site is now a dashboard that contains numerous widgets to view project statistics, see video as it arrives, access completed reports and view announcements from Qualvu. The widgets have been designed to allow a client access to all of their assets, from each and every project, in a single location.
Qualvu has also completed a rebranding effort. Qualvu has a new logo, new color scheme and tagline. “The new logo and other updates are a reflection of our strategic vision – to provide a complete picture of consumers’ perceptions, activities and thoughts,” said Williamson. “We call our new color ‘true blue,’ because when you get down to it, Qualvu is about helping our clients find their truth.”
