On September 1, GeoPeak Energy launched a Solar Rebate Program that offers up to $6,000 in incentives to the first 200 customers who sign up for installation of a residential solar power system. GeoPeak Energy's rebate, timed to launch on the same day New Jersey's Office of Clean Energy begins awarding funds for its own official solar rebate program, will give New Jersey residents at least $375 more in rebate incentives for going solar than the state's rebate. Moreover, it will allow hundreds of homeowners to install a solar power system even after the limited funds under the state's rebate run out.

“We hope the extra motivation this rebate gives the Garden State will help hundreds of families make the move to solar energy.” - Angela Kumar, GeoPeak Energy rebate program manager

GeoPeak Energy, a global renewable energy company with headquarters in Somerset, NJ, has announced on September 1 that it is launching its Solar Rebate Program, aimed at getting New Jersey homeowners to install solar power systems for their residences. The GeoPeak Energy Solar Rebate Program, timed to go live on the same day the NJ Office of Clean Energy began accepting a limited number of applications for state rebates, grants up to $6,000 per installation. This rebate, which can be taken in lieu of the expiring state rebates, will be available to the first 200 customers who sign up.

At $6,000, the GeoPeak Energy Solar Rebate Program offers New Jersey homeowners $375 more than the maximum rebate available from the state of New Jersey. Moreover, as the state funds being released on September 1 will likely run out within a matter of days, the GeoPeak Energy rebate provides an attractive opportunity for those New Jerseyans who thought they had missed out on incentives for going solar.

“Although we are a global renewable energy company,” said GeoPeak Energy Rebate Program Manager Angela Kumar, “we all live here in New Jersey. We want everyone here to win with solar. We want to help New Jersey on its way to becoming a benchmark in America for renewable energy and environmentalism.”

With over 6,500 solar power systems installed in homes across New Jersey, the Garden State is #2 in the country for residential solar power. “Right now is an amazing time for solar power in New Jersey,” said Kumar. “We hope the extra motivation GeoPeak Energy's rebate gives the Garden State will help hundreds of families make the move to solar energy.”
