The ASBPE (American Society of Business Publication Editors) announced in August that BUILDER Magazine received four gold awards for publishing excellence - tied for the most given to any publisher in 2010. The awards are given annually by the ASBPE.
BUILDER, the official publication of the National Association of Home Builders, took home first-place, gold awards among large magazines in the following categories:
- Research — for the magazine’s comprehensive BUILDER 100 coverage in May 2009 based on the magazine’s own surveys.
- Case History — for the magazine’s January 2009 feature on the BUILDER LivingHome that it built for the International Builders Show.
- Table of Contents — for its work during the entire year.
- Buyer’s Guide Cover — for its mid-April 2009 cover.
