The price guarantee is only available in stores; however, this comes with its advantages for the consumer. Sarah comments, “Buying phones in our stores allows customers to ask as many questions as they want and get the answers from our knowledgeable sales team. If someone is looking for a mobile phone with specific features or isn’t well-versed on mobile phones in general, it can sometimes be a lot easier to come in and simply chat about the options with someone who works with mobile phones all the time.”
