"This is the sixth year that 1031 CORP. is offering this Symposium but we are especially excited about this year's program. The last few years have been tough for real estate investors and they continue to hear conflicting reports and numbers about the real estate market. The current pricing coupled with historically low interest rates are creating opportunities investors never dreamed of just a few years ago. Our Symposium is bringing together experts to provide an accurate look at what is happening at the Jersey Shore and clarify some of the misconceptions so investors can make informed decisions." stated Margo McDonnell, CES®, President of 1031 CORP.
