About Southbrook Vineyards:
Southbrook Vineyards began in Richmond Hill, Ontario in 1991 when owners Bill and Marilyn Redelmeier started producing wine in century-old barns that had once been Bill's family's cattle farm. Bill and Marilyn took the step to vineyard stewardship in 2005 with the purchase of 75 acres in the Green Belt in Niagara-on-the-Lake and they expanded their holdings to 150 acres in 2008. In 2005, Bill and Marilyn hired renowned Canadian winemaker Ann Sperling, a long-time proponent of biodynamic grape growing and an expert in sustainable wine production. With an emphasis on balance and the interrelationship of the farm's soil, plants, and animals, Southbrook has become the first Canadian winery to achieve both organic and biodynamic certification. As Ann puts it, "quality in the bottle and quality of life." http://www.southbrook.com
About Trialto Wine Group Ltd:

Trialto Wine Group Ltd. began in 2001 with the merger of two of Western Canada's most progressive wine import agencies, Altovin (formerly Winspeer) and Liquid Art. In 2002, a third company, Calibrium, was launched and during the period that followed the entire group grew to become Canada's largest independently owned, import wine agency focused exclusively on premium wines. On July 1, 2010, Altovin, Calibrium and Liquid Art were officially combined to operate as Trialto Wine Group Ltd., one singular national company. Today, with over 45 employees in offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal, Trialto is Canada's leading agency and importer of premium and ultra-premium wines. With a focus on "wines of people, place, and time," Trialto's team of passionate wine professionals work closely with independent, premium wine producers from around the world. http://www.trialto.com
