Centuria Names Thomas Peter Senior Director of Business Development.

Centuria Corporation announced today they have hired Thomas Peter as Senior Director of Business Development. In this role, Peter will be responsible for leading and managing business development efforts with DC-based federal agencies and specifically will be overseeing current and expanded work with Veterans Affairs (VA).

Peter comes to Centuria with over 20 years of experience leading teams in the delivery of high-quality, complex projects across a broad range of technologies in both commercial and government sectors. His experience ranges from senior management positions in big six consulting firms, Deloitte and Accenture to serving as Director of Operations of an 8(a) firm, Buchanan & Edwards. He recently served as Program Director with ICF International where he provided CIO-level support for the $30 million Central Service Strategy, Planning and Management program at the Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs. He also has held strategic planning and marketing positions with Dun & Bradstreet's Government Solutions organization in Arlington, VA.

Peter retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1990. He earned a BS in Electronics Management from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from The College of William and Mary.
