Online TV Network Creates First Android App Exclusively for Samsung, and Three Stop-Motion Videos to Showcase Amazing Philadelphia Stories for Carl's Jr. ®

Next-generation television network today announced the debut of two new ad campaigns in conjunction with Samsung Telecommunications America (Samsung Mobile) and Carl's Jr. This marks the first Android application for the online media company and the first time they've created a stop-motion advertising campaign on a client's behalf.

In a new collaboration with Samsung Mobile, has created a new Android application for consumers who buy the new Samsung Galaxy S portfolio of mobile devices. The free app, exclusive to Samsung Galaxy S owners, will feature top series hosted by Show categories on the app include featured episodes, drama, comedy, music, documentary, tech, music and app reviews. Carl's Jr., one of the largest hamburger chains in the Western U.S., partnered with to create three long-form, stop-motion animation commercials using only toy blocks. Two of the commercials focus on well known Philadelphia events, one fictitious and one historical, specifically the signing of the Declaration of Independence and the famous training scene from the movie "Rocky," while the third a monster terrorizing the city of Philadelphia. The ads were created and filmed by Karni Baghdikian and in conjunction with Initiative Media, and are part of a larger promotional campaign for the new Carl’s Jr. Philly Cheesesteak Burger, which debuted August 14.
