The clock is winding down on University Language Services’ scholarship contest for high school students.

University Language Services’ scholarship photo contest for high school students visiting college campuses is coming to a close.

Time is running out for students wishing to submit their photos: all entries must be received by September 24, 2010. One grand prize winner will receive a $500 college scholarship, and second and third place winners will each receive $100 scholarships.

Students who are currently enrolled in an accredited high school are eligible to enter. Contestants must submit a photo taken on or nearby a college campus they visited, along with a description of 200 words or less about why that photo represents college to him or her.

The subject matter of the photograph can be anything—entries have included pictures of football fields, classrooms, dorms, and a bevy of unusual things seen on campus—as long as the photograph is taken by the entrant!

Please see the submission form (http://www.universitylanguage.com/scholarships/submission/) and official rules (http://www.universitylanguage.com/scholarships/rules/) for more information.
