William W. Wolverton today announced that Wolverton & Co., once a custom home builder, will reemerge as a technology-driven real estate company in the Fall 2010, and will serve suburban Philadelphia with agents and offices across the Delaware Valley. Wolverton & Co. was originally established in 1923 by William M. Wolverton, the great grandfather of William W. Wolverton. As a custom home builder, Wolverton & Co. was responsible for the many beautiful homes in Chestnut Hill, Pennsylvania.

Services offered by the re-focused company will include:

  •     Buy/sell real estate for residential markets.
  •     Full-service and ala carte property management services, from maintenance and accounting to rentals, leases, and evictions.
  •     Ancillary services such as title, mortgage, appraisals, legal representation, 1031 exchanges and property insurance.

Wolverton & Co. will address the rapid changes in the real estate industry. By using the most innovative technologies, operational infrastructure, marketing tools, and remote office model, agents will be equipped to serve their clients with flexibility and a competitive advantage.

Wolverton & Co.'s corporate headquarters will be located at 301 Haverford Avenue, Narberth, PA. Through an affiliate partnership with Davinci Office Solutions, agents will have access to full-service office amenities and flexible meeting spaces at remote locations in Bala Cynwyd, Exton, King of Prussia, Malvern, Center City Philadelphia, Plymouth Meeting, and Radnor.

William W. Wolverton has more than 20 years experience in real estate industry. Most recently, Wolverton was a top producer at Long & Foster Real Estate Company, where he achieved membership in Long and Foster's President's Club, Chairman's Club, and Executive Club. Over the last five years, Wolverton also developed an expertise in residential property management having run Long & Foster's property management division in Haverford, PA. Wolverton is a well-respected voice and leader within the real estate industry.
