Businessolver, Inc. is pleased to announce that Brooke Knight has been named Vice President of Client Services. Knight will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies that facilitate the delivery of best-in-class service experiences for Businessolver clients. She will shape the company’s client care business model in order to create greater customer intimacy and service efficiency while enhancing long-term revenue performance.
Under Knight’s direction, the client services team will work to fulfill Businessolver’s mission to delight its clients. Her team of client service professionals will deliver continuous improvement against process quality, customer satisfaction and financial performance metrics. Knight will also work to integrate the functions within the client services department and with other areas of the company in order to surpass industry benchmarks for client service delivery and satisfaction.

Building on nearly a decade of experience managing the delivering of benefits outsourcing services for Affiliated Computer Services, a Xerox company focused on business process outsourcing, Knight has spent the last 4 years honing her client services management skills at Hewlett Packard’s ExcellerateHRO. In her most recent position as US Benefits Service Delivery Executive, Knight was responsible for managing a team of more than 200 customer service and delivery professionals supporting the Defined Benefits and Health & Welfare requirements of mid- to large-sized clients.
