Targeting retail dealerships who are not active NCM clients already, NCM Associates hopes to raise awareness of its industry-leading suite of services designed to improve a dealership’s overall profitability. “The Profile Comparison Report is a great way to identify opportunities for improvement, because you’re seeing how your operation compares to the NCM Benchmark, which is the average of the top-performing operators, by franchise,” said Jeff Bethel, NCM’s Director of 20 Group Operations. “The report will show you where you are out-performing or under-performing the Benchmark, giving directional variances that may indicate operational areas in need of attention.”

Letters of invitation are being mailed throughout the month of September. Each letter will contain a personalized link and instructions directing those who wish to participate to a special web landing page and NCM’s secure Quick Calculator tool. Faletti stressed that NCM is very serious about keeping dealer data safe. “We go to great lengths with our security measures to ensure a secure and confidential platform for our clients and prospective clients,” he said. The entire process takes just a few minutes and the dealer is contacted within three business days for the telephone review of the findings. Reports are provided to the dealers in PDF file format via NCM’s secure file transfer service.
