Birmingham, AL (PRWEB) September 9, 2010
Dirextion Inc. announces its merger with Man in the Maze Inc., dba Provenance Digital Media. Both Birmingham-based companies work in the digital media sector but have different specialties in many areas. The new company’s name will be Dirextion Digital Media.
According to Mark Griggs, president/CEO of Dirextion Inc., “It was the best move we could have made. We wanted to firm up our capabilities in website development, and our marketing products meshed perfectly with Provenance’s web/marketing expertise. Today’s model has the website at the center of any client’s marketing strategy.”
Andy Evans, president of Provenance Digital Media, says, “I know that providing a complete package of digital assets is presently the best strategy for our clients. Now, in addition to websites, we can offer the digital marketing programs necessary to deliver interested prospects to the website in addition to important regular client engagement for our customers. Mark has more than 28 years’ experience in advertising and marketing. I knew he could provide the platform for success that each of our clients needs in today’s marketplace.”
Says Griggs: “Andy is a consummate professional and has a proven track record of building successful business models in a variety of different endeavors. He has built three solid companies from the ground up, and he has been recognized by the business community and news media for his contributions to Birmingham business and the community at large. Andy has the ability to envision websites with cutting-edge design and outstanding usability. In addition to his reputation for unmatched customer service, he has a uniquely creative approach to marketing and sales."
“The merging of these two companies will create an unrivaled company that will provide outstanding marketing services on state, regional and national levels,” Griggs says.
Located in the Birmingham suburb of Vestavia Hills, Ala., Dirextion Digital Media has a staff of 17 professionals. Special attention has been given to the clients of both Dirextion and Provenance to ensure a seamless transition.
“With our fiber backbone, 24-hour up-time access and ample available space, the merging of the two groups has been extremely easy,” Griggs says. “We look forward to new possibilities available to us through this merger.”
