Flexible compression methods are built-in, helping service providers manage low-revenue subscribers by reducing bandwidth usage, while retaining high-end subscribers with premium services.
In addition, the SLICE IP’s extensive SIP-based VoIP and trunking capabilities allow service provides to take advantage of their broadband deployment while adding new revenue. The SLICE IP is scalable and flexible for future growth. Its scalability allows the SLICE IP to be stacked with another SLICE IP, increasing the subscriber base up to 4,000 per node. Its interoperable flexibility also allows the SLICE IP to be stacked with REDCOM’s flagship SLICE® 2100™ system when access to TDM or legacy protocols is needed.
