QuickStart provides deep learning in less time with breakthrough results. This comprehensive set of learning experiences leverages the best of technology with recent neuroscience research on how we learn and change behavior. Over the four-month program, managers progressively build ability to create shared team goals, engage and motivate team members, handle difficult conversations, delegate effectively, build effective teams and learn leadership styles to fit different situations.
QuickStart builds manager capacity through 8 two-hour virtual training sessions. Each session provides practical tools that are applied immediately. To further deepen the learning, “real-time” coaching is embedded throughout the four months to ensure support is available on demand as work issues arise. Participants don’t need to wait until the next session to have support. This on-demand coaching takes the learning from the virtual classroom to the real world.
