Apps Associates has achieved Oracle Validated Integration of ShipConsole 5 with the Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1 through the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) program.

Apps Associates today announced that it has achieved Oracle Validated Integration of its shipping solution, ShipConsole 5, with the Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1 through the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) program. Organizations wanting to integrate the Oracle E-Business Suite with parcel and freight carriers such as UPS and FedEx can now use ShipConsole with the confidence of knowing that ShipConsole's integration with the Oracle E-Business Suite has been tested as being technically and functionally sound by Oracle, and utilizing Oracle's integration standards and best practices. This results in reduced risk, easier upgrades, and lower ownership costs.

Apps Associates' ShipConsole integrates with the Oracle E-Business Suite facilitating online shipping, label printing, ship confirmation, and real-time shipment tracking, through Oracle Shipping Execution, from a single interface. It uses SOA-based integration, with Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle BPEL Process Manager, to transmit shipping information from the Oracle E-Business Suite to carriers such as UPS and FedEx and save tracking information and freight costs retrieved from carriers back in the Oracle E-Business Suite.

With ShipConsole you can:
