Tony Street, Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse Chef-Proprietor, said his inspiration came from multiple trips to the restaurant’s historic namesake, the Y.O. Ranch in the Texas Hill Country.

“We take pride in serving only the very best prime steaks and wild game,” Street said. “Our new menu items highlight the elegant southern flavors that we are known for, and the new wild game features are sure to surprise.”

The authentic Texas menu features new wild game appetizers such as Quail Satay with a pomegranate molasses horseradish glaze and Wild Boar Sausage braised in Shiner Bock beer from the Spoetzl Brewery in Shiner, Texas. Highlighting the Dallas restaurant’s popular selection of prime beef is a new, dry aged New York Strip.

The new menu features more seafood choices than ever before such as the super southern Low Country Shrimp and Tabasco Grits and the Asian-inspired Steamed Hawaiian Sea Bass with clean, fresh flavors.

New daily fresh fish choices are brought in from the highly selective Honolulu Fish Company in Hawaii, serving fish that has only been out of the water not more than 36 hours.

An award-winning wine list accompanies the updated, classic Texas menu of succulent steaks, exotic wild game and fresh seafood creating a pairing of bold flavors in an elegant atmosphere.
