Our new space will better accommodate our growing team, and thus, allow us to more effectively serve our clients. We are confident that this new location will serve as an excellent foundation for our significant growth plans.

Ascentis Corporation, a market leader in easy-to-use workforce management solutions, is delighted to announce that its San Mateo-based staff has overgrown its offices and has recently signed a lease to occupy a suite in the 225,000 square foot Bovet Office Center in the heart of the highway 92/101 corridor. Ascentis will be moving to 155 Bovet Road, Suite 100, in October 2010.

"This is an exciting move for our office," stated Les Goldstein, Ascentis CEO. "Our new space will better accommodate our growing team, and thus, allow us to more effectively serve our clients. We are confident that this new location will serve as an excellent foundation for our significant growth plans." Among other criteria, Ascentis selected this space because of its great amenities and highly desirable location. The buildings are situated among one of the largest privately owned redwood groves in the area that was once part of the well-known Borel family estate. The new location provides employees with secure and convenient access, easily accessible from major commuting arteries, and plenty of onsite parking.

Originally located on Claremont Road in San Mateo, the Ascentis payroll division (formerly EBS Online) opened its office in 1983. Ascentis secured the new site with assistance from tenant representation firm CB Richard Ellis. The company now occupies three offices, including the Rocklin, Calif., and Bellevue, Wash., locations.
