Craig Bushert, CEO, CrossCap announced today the Toronto-based technology company’s headquarter relocation and expansion to San Francisco, CA. CrossCap, a leading, global marketing management solutions company who got its start in Toronto, chose San Francisco to compliment the pre-existing Chicago office based on the city’s reputation for innovation and creativity.
The new headquarters will also provide additional staff and accessibility to service its U.S. customers. With the move, CrossCap brings the first company of its kind to the San Francisco Bay Area.

The majority of the company’s clientele are U.S. corporations, and Bushert believes the company’s newly bicoastal presence will benefit CrossCap clients. “We have been very well received in the U.S. and we’re expanding our services because we understand the need to locate offices near clients for support purposes,” says Bushert.
With offices in Toronto, Chicago, and Delhi, San Francisco will be CrossCap’s fourth office, chosen for its proximity to clients on the West Coast, status as the innovation capital of the world, fiscal soundness and plentiful resources. “We have chosen the best city in the world for our corporate needs,” says Bushert, “we could not be happier to be a part of the growth in the U.S. and the technological ingenuity of San Francisco”.
The company has signed a long-term lease in San Francisco’s Financial District and has moved its corporate and finance departments to the San Francisco headquarters office. CrossCap has plans for future hires out of the SF office for client services, support, and VP Sales positions, which will expand the total company size from 80 employees to 100 within the fiscal year. This will augment client services and sales in Chicago and Toronto with developers in both Toronto and Delhi.
Future areas of expansion for the company include its projected extension to the South and Central American retail sectors in 2012.
