As Vice President of Sales, Duster is responsible for developing strategic relationships and growing revenue from enterprises, consumers and partners. Duster brings 19 years of technology business and sales experience to Debix. Prior to joining Debix, he worked across multiple technology companies in sales leadership positions, including most recently as VP of Sales Operations at NetQoS, a performance software company located in Austin that was acquired by CA for $200M. Duster was also COO of Cartegraph, where he drove sales revenue to records for the company and established its first international partner. Prior to Cartegraph, Duster was COO of IT Masters, a Belgian owned software company which sold to BMC Software for $42M in 2003. Duster began his technology company career with Software Spectrum which went from $10 million revenue to $1B during his tenure, and had two public offerings and multiple acquisitions.
The introduction of Duster into the Executive team at Debix coincides with the transition of Julie Fergerson, Vice President of Emerging Technologies, onto the Debix Advisory Board. The technology team at Debix is led by CTO Richard Brown, a 20 year payment and banking industry veteran.
