Today at the International Dairy Show in Dallas, Texas, Alchemy, the leader in innovative training solutions for the global workforce, will give attendees the opportunity to preview their new dairy course library for the SISTEM training platform. The dairy courses are scheduled to be released this year, and will enable dairy food facilities to effectively educate their employees on proper hygiene and food handling procedures.
“As our customer base grows within the dairy industry, we intend to offer more training directly targeted to the industry’s unique needs,” said David Perl, Alchemy’s Chief Operating Officer. “We are excited to present these courses at the International Dairy Show, as it is the perfect stage for us to show our support to the industry as committed members of the International Dairy Foods Association.”
The new courses on display in Alchemy’s booth # 748 will be the “Introduction to Pasteurization” and “Overview of the Raw Milk Receiving Process.” As with all SISTEM courseware, these courses come standard in both English and Spanish. Attendees will also get a first hand look at how the interactive courses help the training participants both comprehend and retain the information, while providing employers with automatic electronic documentation of the results and real-time reports.
In addition to the new dairy courses, Alchemy has updated its existing food safety library in the SISTEM platform to ensure applicability to the dairy workforce. This includes all of their Allergen, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Sanitation courses.
