Our new partnership is based on a shared vision of providing outstanding service to clients and simplifying the issues around implementing the most appropriate solutions.

Recovery Point, a leading national provider of integrated business continuity solutions to government agencies and commercial and non-profit organizations, today announces a strategic partnership with Avalution Consulting - a national leader in Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery strategy design, development and implementation.

Through this partnership, Recovery Point will add business continuity consulting and software capabilities to its extensive solutions portfolio, helping clients to reduce the likelihood of a disaster event, or limit the impact should an event occur. In turn, Avalution’s clients will have direct access to Recovery Point’s experienced and respected experts for the implementation of their organizations’ recovery services, including Hot Site, Cold Site and Work Area recovery; Off-site Data Storage and Transportation; Electronic Data Vaulting, and secure Hosting. Clients of both firms will benefit from solutions that address all aspects of business continuity, including risk reduction, prevention and rapid response.

“We are very excited about this new partnership,” said Marc Langer, President and CEO of Recovery Point. “Avalution has a refreshingly new approach to helping clients address their disaster recovery and business continuity challenges that blends well with our own. Our new partnership is based on a shared vision of providing outstanding service to clients and simplifying the issues around implementing the most appropriate solutions,” concluded Langer.

The new partnership has already produced its first new service. Recovery Point and Avalution have launched the DR Quick Start Road Map. This service enables organizations to quickly limit their exposure to IT failures, while also identifying potential areas of focus for the ongoing development of their business continuity and IT disaster recovery efforts.
