Sony Ericsson Launches Winning Wednesdays

Sony Ericsson has recently launched its newest competitions concept, Winning Wednesdays, on the Sony Ericsson Facebook page, attracting thousands of entries in its opening three weeks.

The Winning Wednesdays concept is a simple one, in that we offer our fans the chance to win something different once a week on a Wednesday. We're hopeful that as the initiative continues, fans will grow accustomed to the competition and will return to our Facebook page every Wednesday as a result, looking for more prize opportunities.

Sony Ericsson has recently launched its newest competitions concept, Winning Wednesdays, on the Sony Ericsson Facebook page, attracting thousands of entries in its opening three weeks.

It's current weekly competitions tab, which offers fans the chance to win various Sony Ericsson products each week, as well as tickets to events such as WTA tournaments and footballing events all over the world, has been a great success since its initiation earlier in 2010. As such, Sony Ericsson has opted to add a further competitions dimension to its Facebook presence.

The concept of Winning Wednesdays revolves around the Wednesday of each week, where fans are given the chance to head over to the Winning Wednesdays tab, spot the difference in the image, and enter their details for the chance to win a number of prizes. Each competition is live for 24 hours, meaning that fans need to be swift to enter before each competition closes the next day.

Winning Wednesdays is just one of many competition concepts to be executed by Sony Ericsson on its social media platforms, following on from its Battle Fingers concept on the Sony Ericsson YouTube channel. Fans can be sure to stay updated on all of the brand's social media activity by following the Sony Ericsson Twitter feed.
