A cultural mash-up of local artists, musicians, filmmakers, writers and leaders at RedLine Art Gallery: Thursday, September 16 through Sunday, September 26, 2010.

It is our belief that all persons have natural creative, imaginative and artistic capacities, which when encouraged and allowed to develop, find unique expression in each individual.

RedLine Art Gallery and Audio Art Group are hosting an interactive exhibit starting Thursday, September 16 through Sunday, September 26, 2010. RedLine Art Gallery (2350 Arapahoe Street, Denver, Colorado 80205) will be open to the general public from 12 noon to 10 p.m. each day. With a “permanent” backdrop of visual art, RedLine will feature different speakers, workshops and events that revolve around an artistic theme each day.

“A mash-up is the process of taking two or more contrasting elements, and putting them together to form a complimentary sound,” says Jai Harris, a member of Audio Art Group. “We are hoping to replicate this by bringing together artists from all backgrounds and creative forms, and asking them to show us how their artistic expression can lead to positive change in the community.”

The exhibit will include visual art installations with works from: Jay Paul Apodaca, The Signtologist, Thomas Evans, Joshua Mays, Joe Palma, the art of communication with Dr. Vincent Harding, art of poetry, youth summits and forum, art of sustainability, art of music with Mr. Barry Fey, art of fashion, photography & film and more.
