New Email Marketing and Facebook Integration Allows Marketers to Easily Grow Their List and Extend Their Message.

"With over 500 million users, Facebook gives email marketing campaigns even more potential to grow than ever before," said Blue Sky Factory’s Director of Community DJ Waldow.

Blue Sky Factory, an industry leading email service provider (ESP), today announced further integration between Facebook and Publicaster, its proprietary email marketing application. The addition of Facebook Connect and the Facebook Like button allow marketers to easily grow their email list and extend their message.

Facebook Connect: With this integration, email marketers can connect with over 500 million Facebook users and encourage them to become subscribers with only two clicks. Potential subscribers no longer have to fill out anything to subscribe to a mailing list. By clicking the Facebook Connect button on an organization’s website, the user’s Facebook public account information will automatically be connected to the marketer’s email database.

Facebook Like Button: Email marketers now have the option to add a Facebook Like button to their emails or landing pages. Subscribers can “like” the email on Facebook, giving the message an extended reach on Facebook with the potential to gain new views and subscribers. Reporting statistics are available for this feature, so marketers can determine which subscribers are the most influential and which emails perform best.

“By including these features in their email campaigns, marketers are giving their communications a much greater chance of being viewed, read, and acted upon,” said Blue Sky Factory’s Director of Community DJ Waldow. “With over 500 million users, Facebook gives email marketing campaigns even more potential to grow than before.”
