DWF will leverage IntApp Integration Builder to synchronise information among Elite 3E financial management, LexisNexis InterAction customer relationship management and LexisNexis Visualfiles case and matter management software applications

IntApp, Inc., the leading provider of application integration software for law firms, today announced that DWF LLP, a full service law firm with more than 600 fee-earners, providing a full range of legal services to businesses and private clients across the UK, has selected IntApp Integration Builder to streamline client intake and business development information management. The firm will use Integration Builder to connect and communicate information among its Elite 3E financial management, LexisNexis InterAction customer relationship management and LexisNexis Visualfiles case and matter management software applications.

"We chose to partner with IntApp because they offer powerful technology that has been adopted and proven by a number of peer firms and because of their reputation for providing outstanding client support," said Andrea Brian, Head of Programme Management, DWF. "By using IntApp Integration Builder, we will be able to achieve a faster return on our investment in Elite 3E, improve organisational efficiency and deliver new value to our lawyers and business stakeholders."

Integration Builder provides a simple, straightforward way for law firms to connect, manage and automate their business applications and processes. Provided as a pure-software application deployable in a virtualised environment, it delivers real-time data communication without the cost, complexity and time required by custom code development. Enabling organisations to rapidly address common challenges including new business intake, new user provisioning and distribution list management, IntApp includes pre-built solution templates, best practices and access to an energetic, collaborative user community of IT professionals.

"We looked to IntApp Integration Builder as a way to streamline the roll-out and integration of Elite 3E into our existing business infrastructure and processes," said Sam Charman, IT Development Manager, DWF LLP. "The more we learned about the technology, the more we saw how it can be used to accelerate dozens of planned IT projects by enabling us to quickly connect firm software applications without time-consuming, complex custom development."

"We welcome DWF to our growing client community and look forward to supporting their ongoing success," said Kaye Sycamore, UK Managing Director, IntApp. "As an IntApp client, DWF will benefit from the investments we make to simplify application integration, data communication and process automation, including an expanding set of resources specifically designed to accelerate law firm adoption of Elite 3E."
