The Tom Black Center for Excellence Business Development Director, Jon Sturgeon says, “The design of this program is to provide companies with a very affordable (as little as $33/month per person) direct interaction with Tom Black, author of The Boxcar Millionaire and banking industry pioneer/entrepreneur and former founder and CEO of two public companies and more than a dozen privately held companies (check imaging, ATMs, $1,000 free of accidental death insurance from your bank, and others). It is very uncommon for sales people, sales managers and business owners to have an instructor with the level of expertise and experience of Tom Black. His no nonsense detailed training comes from training over 1,000 sales people in various companies he helped build over the past 30 years.”

Research shows that reinforced training is far more effective, so the Tom Black Center has launched three separate learning tracts. Each learning tract combines a full day of live on-site seminar/ workshop style training with Tom Black every 90 days. Then Tom reinforces what he has taught by personally conducting webinars the following two months.
