Jacob Tyler Creative Group, a San Diego-based brand communications firm, announced today that the principals of Audeo Partners LLC have agreed to develop and lead its new reputation management practice; the Jacob Tyler Reputation Group. Specializing in working with executives and their teams at the start-up, refresh and rebuilding stages of reputation development, the Reputation Group focuses first on helping clients discover and articulate their unique point of view, and then from there build and execute on powerful communication programs.

Tracy Benelli and Robert Blodgett will head the development of the Reputation Group. Their deep experience leading communication teams for start-up’s and Fortune 500 firms came from the responsibility to do more than simply understand marketing and public relations strategies and objectives; they also had to understand and create new value for the brands. Their pedigree includes leading the communication strategies for launching online tax preparation and online banking for Intuit, designing the initial brand strategy for Proflowers.com, creating online launch strategies for The Hartford Insurance Company's new iPhone applicationand building brand repositioning strategies for Hewlett Packard's Enterprise Software and Services line of business, as well as for online payroll company PayCycle, Inc.

“Jacob Tyler Creative Group was started on the belief that creating value for clients should always be the number one priority. Tracy and Robert wholeheartedly share this philosophy, and by combining forces, we are now able to offer clients an end-to-end brand strategy approach,” said Les Kollegian, CEO of Jacob Tyler. “We can now meet our clients at their exact point of need – visual or verbal communication strategies - and from there build broad-based, scalable branding programs .”

“Having built and led global communication teams and programs for start-up’s and Fortune 10 companies, we truly do understand the challenges, demands and high-stake outcomes that organizations face when creating, nurturing or strengthening their brand reputation.” said Tracy Benelli, executive vice president - strategic communications for Jacob Tyler Reputation Group. “We know that building great communication strategies is hard work, but it is necessary work for creating new value for their reputation. And this is work that we are passionate about - helping clients discover and then communicate their value to the world. It’s what we do. Everyday.”

The approach and support for clients is much different than traditional Communications or Public Relations agencies. Clients are taken through a collaborative approach to help them explore what their various audiences hunger for, understand their competitive terrain, identify their unique assets, and craft a compact, compelling story that crystallizes their purpose, relevance, and value in the marketplace. “It’s not always an easy process, and it’s not a quick fix. But in business, as in life, the greatest and most long-lasting rewards come from positive, purposeful effort,” adds Benelli.
