Author, poet, and musician Ken Jackson has been through a lot in his life. A guitar player during high school, a songwriter during college, he definitely had the knack for music and rhythm. In 1986 however, he started a twenty-year sentence for a crime. This is where he started writing poetry—the most of which can be found in his new book released through Xlibris, Best Of Ken Jackson.
In this anthology of poems, Jackson uses rhythm and rhyme along with clever play of words to create poetic pieces that linger in the mind. Here, readers will learn about the tragic Story of a Woman, will celebrate the joy that Christmas Magic brings, and much more.
From life, love, to seasons and other important issues, Best Of Ken Jackson will engross poetry lovers and enthusiasts from beginning to end. For more information on this book, log on to Xlibris.com.
About the Author

In college, he took some courses in piano, jazz, songwriting, and creative writing and even recorded with a famous producer in 1985. During his twenty-year incarceration, he used poetry as therapy.
