Leading European children's clothing brand Vertbaudet have launched their first ever TV advertisement campaign, to great success.

Leading European children's clothing brand Vertbaudet have launched their first ever TV advertisement campaign, to great success. The thirty second DRTV advertisement debuted on September 2nd, and will run throughout September on a wide range of channels, including Living, Fiver, DisneyXD, Pop, Kix!, NJR, Nick, ITV2, Really, Tinypop and Nicktoom. The advertisement can also be viewed on the UK Vertbaudet website.

The TV ad features a number of young children aged between 2 and 8 years old, showcasing a selection of outfits featured in the Vertbaudet Winter 2010/2011 range. The campaign highlights the exclusive seasonal range of children's clothing currently available from the brand, but has also been crafted to reflect Vertbaudet's underlying ethos – 'clothes with children in mind'. Vertbaudet believe this to be one of their most defining assets that sets them apart from other children's clothing retailers. As a result, many of their girls and boys clothes incorporate smart but simple design features, such as robust knee and ankle reinforcements, colour coordinated buttonholes, reversible clothing and the clever use of design motifs to aid independent dressing.

Vertbaudet were keen for their TV ad to depict children at their very best – carefree, inquisitive and playful. This resulted in the portrayal of the concept of 'how it feels to be young'. The children featured in the thirty second spot effortlessly convey a sense of fun and innocence, all of which are qualities that Vertbaudet reflects in the design and styling of their clothing range. The ad also features a French voiceover to indicate the origins of the Vertbaudet brand, as well as illustrating its typically French chic styling, quality and design.

This UK TV ad is the first of its kind from Vertbaudet, whose high street outlets and online stores span across Europe. The British TV campaign has proved hugely successful, producing some staggering results for Vertbaudet's UK branch within just the first three days of broadcast. Within this time period, the website conversion grew by more than 100%, with website visitor hits up by over 30%, resulting in an impressive increase of 168% in sales.
