dbc SMARTsoftware, Inc. ("dbc"), a leading provider of solutions for the global agriculture and soft commodity markets, today announced that it has further strengthened its offering through the acquisition of Thede Ward Systems, Inc (TWS) the London, Ontario based Agribusiness solutions company.
