Fairfax Imaging Accepts Resignation of Executive Vice President

Fairfax Imaging, Inc. Announces that Jim Everett, Executive Vice President, Fairfax Imaging has Resigned.

Fairfax Imaging, Inc. a leading provider of innovative capture and recognition solutions announces that Jim Everett, Executive Vice President, Fairfax Imaging left the company effective September 14th. Mr. Everett has accepted the position of Vice President, Sales with Harvey Spencer Associates - an analysis and consulting company specializing in document capture, data capture, and recognition technologies. Jim's focus will be the worldwide capture marketplace.

A contributor for nearly ten years, Jim joined Fairfax Imaging in 2001 as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, and was instrumental in helping bring the company from $2.5MM in sales to over $10MM in 2006 by bringing in many substantial customers such as CVS/Caremark and Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles, and Fortune 100 business partners such as IBM and Accenture.

"I've enjoyed being a part of the Fairfax Imaging team and would like to personally thank both Steve Chahal and Tony Cristofano [co-owners of Fairfax Imaging] for the opportunity to help them build their organization into the solution integration powerhouse that it is today," reported Jim Everett.

Most recently, Jim has leveraged his many years of industry expertise to manage Fairfax Imaging's vendor and customer contracts and contract negotiations. This move will enable Jim to advance to consulting at large.
