Mission Essential Personnel, LLC, (MEP) announced today that Robert Bogart has joined the company as Vice President for Human Resources. In this capacity, Bogart will oversee MEP's management of its most vital resource - its people - as the company continues to expand into new areas. He will be based in MEP's Chantilly, VA, office.

In this capacity, Bogart will oversee MEP's management of its most vital resource - its people - as the company continues to expand into new areas. He will be based in MEP's Chantilly, VA, office.

Bogart has extensive experience in his field, having served in key senior human resources roles at American Capital, Gap Inc. Direct, and General Electric. He has also served as a board director at Ardea Capital Management. A Washington veteran, he has served as director of the White House Faith-based and Community Initiative at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, senior policy advisor at the Department of Commerce, and senior advisor at the Department of State. Bogart is a graduate of Cornell University and the University Of Chicago Booth Graduate School Of Business, and a former German Marshall Fund Fellow.
