Engauge, a total engagement agency, announced today the appointments of Lynn Pulsifer as creative director and Theresa Menz as associate creative director.
Pulsifer and Menz join the fast-growing creative department at Engauge, led by Chief Creative Officer Mike Bednar. Since joining the agency in 2008, the award-winning creative leader has spearheaded a period of expansion that’s nearly doubled the creative department.

Pulsifer joins Engauge from RAPP Advertising, Dallas, where she was SVP, creative director. At RAPP, Pulsifer’s award-winning work spanned all channels and included strategic creative for such well-known brands as Best Buy, Macy’s and Famous Footwear. Prior to RAPP, Pulsifer held positions at Euro RSCG Worldwide, T3 and Digitas. Her client experience includes GM, AT&T, Cadillac and FedEx. She also brings a diverse background as a painter, art director and screenwriter of full-length and short films to the position.
“In my personal and professional work, I’ve always been driven by the desire to understand the audience for the work I create,” Pulsifer said. “At Engauge, the chance to connect with audiences in new ways, across multiple channels like social media, was a compelling opportunity.”
Menz comes to Engauge from Chicago, where her agency experience includes Leo Burnett, Euro RSCG Worldwide, BBDO and Draftfcb. Menz has worked on an extensive list of national clients, including Jenny Craig, Landrover, Nivea, Wrigley, Kellogg’s and Coca-Cola.
