WorkforceLogic continues to grow with an impressive 73.7% year-over-year revenue increase. Significant account development has fed that growth prompting the hiring of five key executives, each one of whom brings a remarkable amount of industry experience to the team. Stuart Thompto, Jim Golden, Melissa Oliva, Glen Tolleson, and Wendy Liberko are already at work expanding the global reach of WorkforceLogic for its clients.
Stuart Thompto, the new Senior VP for Product Development and Management has more than 20 years in the industry. As VP of Engineering at Groundwork Open Source, Stuart was responsible for product architecture, technology and development across multiple product suites. He also established off-shore development and QA teams in India. As JasperSoft Corporation’s VP, Stuart established offshore teams in Romania and Italy. At Parallel Products Group at Sybase, Inc, Stuart was the Senior Director negotiating joint development agreements with IBM, HP, Sun, and NCR. He brings to WorkforceLogic the ability to manage geographically distributed teams across disciplines and to develop, maintain, and motivate those teams regardless of environment.
Jim Golden joins WorkforceLogic as the VP of Sales and Marketing. Jim most recently was the VP of Business Development with dotStaff, managing sales for their MSP, VMS and other service offerings related to workforce management. Prior to working for dotStaff, Jim was with Fieldglass where he was largely responsible for building their channel partnership sales and strategy. Jim has a MS in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and a BS in Industrial Engineering. His technical and engineering training combined with business development, software development and competitive experience will be an asset to the WorkforceLogic team.
Glen Tolleson has joined WorkforceLogic as VP of Client Services. Prior to joining WorkforceLogic, he led Non-Tech US Operations and Relationship Management for the largest domestic MSP program at Adecco Solutions (1.2B in annual spend). Overall, Glen brings 18 years of senior business experience along with 11 years leading large-scale outsourcing engagements within the BPO (GE), RPO (Spherion), and MSP (Adecco Solutions) space. He comes to the WorkforceLogic team with an MBA from AJINET (GE), and is a GE Six Sigma Black Belt. Glen will work closely with Jim Golden to grow WorkforceLogic’s presence in the eastern half of the US and beyond.
Melissa Oliva returns to WorkforceLogic as VP of Compliance. Melissa started at Nelson in 1998 with Nelson Staffing before transferring to the WorkforceLogic business unit where she spent almost ten years in client services, compliance, and implementation and training. After leaving WorkforceLogic, Melissa was hired by Kelly Services as their ICS Compliance Manager. She then moved on to SourceRight Solutions, a division of Spherion, where she worked as a Senior Compliance Manager. To date, Melissa has implemented contractor compliance programs, assisted with federal and state agency audits, designed training programs for clients, and assisted in the development of technology used to evaluate independent contractors.
Wendy Liberko, as Director of Operational Excellence, comes to WorkforceLogic with more than 20 years of experience in the workforce solutions space with industry-leading organizations. Most recently, Wendy served as VP of National Account Sales Development and Administration at Adecco where she managed the proposal response team in support of strategic sales opportunities. Wendy obtained a Master of Human Resources and Organizational Development degree from the University of San Francisco, subsequent to receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Human Resource Management Emphasis from National University. She resides with her family in Southern California.
