International Media Mogul Sumner Redstone and World Class Poker Players Annie Duke and Howard Lederer are serious when it comes to poker and their efforts to raise awareness for Child Rescue Association of North America. These high profile individuals will be accompanied by top names in the poker and movie industry to help combat this dark issue.

The charity poker gala will take place on Wednesday, November 3, 2010, at Bicycle Casino in California. Red Carpet will be at 7 pm with an 8 pm tournament start.
Preparations for Child Rescue Poker Celebrity Tournament continue to add star power as some of the biggest names in the movie and poker industry to raise money to preserve childhood. Joining Sumner Redstone, Annie Duke, and Howard Lederer, the event will host poker professionals and Hall of Famers Mike Sexton, Linda Johnson, Jan Fisher, Ali Nejard, Nolan Dalla, Alan Cunningham, Chad Brown, Yosh Nakano, Marsha Wagoner, Melissa Hayden, Lupe Soto, Gina Hecht, and Brian Herowitz for starters.
Hollywood Star personality attendees will be announced in subsequent press releases.
Dianna Donofrio-Trigatzi will serve as Guest Celebrity Tournament Director. A historical part of the poker industry since 1985, Dianna worked as Satellite Director for the 2005 World Series of Poker and as Pay Out Manager for the 2006 WSOP. She also organized the first Legends of Poker Tournament, which is still one of the biggest poker tournaments in California. Dianna is currently the Nevada State Director of the Poker Players Alliance and actively uses her talent and poker knowledge to organize poker charity galas.
The buy-in for the event is $200 + $40 Entry Fee There will be a live and silent auction. If you cannot play in the event but want to attend the cost is only $75 per person.
Prizes include items such as a hand crafted guitar signed by national music artists Nick Hexum of 311, Chris Carrabba of Dashboard Confessional, Third Eye Blind, and Neon Trees along with a trip for 2 to Costa Rica, and much more. Entries into the Bicycle Casino's November main event will also be one of prizes for someone at the final table.
