During the Harvest Apple Getaway in September, the historic resort welcomes guests with a gift of apple butter, and a list of the area’s “you pick” farms for fresh apples. Every meal incorporates this sweet, tart fruit in dishes like Chilled Apple Soup and Apple Sorbet. Cinnamon apple chai tea is on the menu at Afternoon Tea and Cookies. The Carriage Lounge features a Hudson Valley Apple Sparkler as the evening cocktail.
