The Fit Kit teaches you how to become your own personal trainer, nutritionist, and self-motivator.Self-improvement through health and fitness begins with the first book, Self-Awareness. In this book, your needs and goals are determined as they relate to your selection of health, sports or an ideal body. This distinct classification is a core principle in The Fit Kit. The second part of book 1, Physical Self-awareness, brings you away from the weight scale. Provided are six ways to measure physical progress.

Book 2, Cardiovascular Exercise, is used as a tool for a “self-liposuction,” maximizing a sport or optimizing your health. This is achieved in The Fit Kit by providing three specific cardiovascular plans including the number of minutes, number of weeks, and target heart rate.

In Book 3, Weight Training encourages readers to use it as a tool for muscle toning, muscle building or optimizing your health. About Albert Gonzalez
Albert Gonzalez has been a certified personal trainer since 1998. He earned a minor in Sports Management and certification as a fitness specialist at Jersey City State College. In 1991, he became a member of the National Physique Committee and in 2009 was appointed a judge by the NPC. In addition, he is co-owner of East Coast Muscle and Fitness gym in West New York, NJ, which he opened in 1993 with his brother, George. The gym has over 15,000 members in the course of 17 years. For the past ten years, Albert has completed numerous courses on health, fitness and human understanding. He also has completed continuing education with The National Academy of Sports Medicine.
