While RX: Transcription's sole focus was on providing top quality medical transcription service, the company's owners, Angela Sapien and Cindy Milligan, decided it was time to add some additional services directed toward supporting small and home-based businesses in an effort to help them achieve a level of professionalism they may otherwise be unable to afford.

Cindy Milligan, co-owner, states, "We felt our existing company name, RX: Transcription, had too much of a medical overtone to convey that we also offer services to other industries. This is what brought about our name change to NuWay Office Solutions."

NuWay Office Solutions (formerly RX: Transcription) is pleased to offer a new suite of services to include telephone answering service, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, mail merges and templates, appointment scheduling and appointment confirmations, and other services too numerous to list. Of course, they continue to provide top-notch medical and general transcription and can accept digital recorder and telephone dictation. These services are performed off-site, which means the customer does not need to provide a work space, computer, training, etc. All work is HIPAA compliant and performed in the United States.
