Fortune 500 CIOs will discuss the Twitter phenomenon during a webcast, “CIOs Reveal Why They Tweet,” on Sept. 23 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. EDT hosted by Diamond Management & Technology Consultants] (NASDAQ: DTPI) The panel will feature CIO Executive Council members David Buckholtz, VP and Divisional CIO, Sony Pictures Entertainment and Ralph Loura, CIO, The Clorox Company. Kristin Burnham, the Web 2.0 reporter for CIO magazine, will also provide insight.

The panel will comment on the findings of a survey of the CIO Twitter Dashboard, an online community of CIOs who tweet organized by Chris Curran, a partner and the Chief Technology Officer at Diamond, who will moderate the discussion. The results of the Diamond survey will illuminate whether or not CIOs who tweet consider Twitter to be a useful business tool and why.
