MaxID, a leading provider of identity solutions today announced the sale of its iDL500 multimodal computers to IN2 and consortium partner S&T, for deployment in a Border Management application in Croatia.
The iDL500 units delivered to IN2 will be used for reading, validating and recording information from passports and ePassports in a border crossing application. The iDL500 units are equipped with optional MRZ reader attachments to provide optical reading capabilities for passports. MaxID, which has a global sourcing and production capability, will manufacture these iDL500 units in the EU.
