Kemmons Wilson Companies announced that their new Abbey model is now open in the Villas at Great Plains Park, an active adult community with a maintenance-free lifestyle. The new model adds upgraded kitchen and living areas creating more options for the buyer purchasing a home in the Villas at Great Plains Park than previously available.
The Abbey is the two-bedroom plan in the Cathedral Series of homes built by Kemmons Wilson Companies. It features high ceilings, large living spaces, and a sunroom with three walls of solid glass. Both of the two bedrooms provide suite-like full baths and walk-in closets.
Ron Hickman, senior vice- president heading the Real Estate Ventures Group says “The new Abbey model shows our hardwood flooring upgrade in the living areas and kitchen; the new kitchen has an upgraded cabinet with desk area for convenience and functionality. Throughout the home, you’ll find attention to detail like this around every corner.”
The Abbey includes spacious interior storage, a large laundry room right off the kitchen, gas fireplace in the living room, attached two car garage and attic storage. The Abbey made it’s original début in June of this past summer at the Villas at Pleasant Valley (Longmont, CO). It is now also open for tours at the Villas at Great Plains Park (Aurora, CO) and is planned to open at several other Kemmons Wilson development sites in the coming months; The Oaks at Parkview (Olive Branch, MS) in September 2010, The Oaks at Woodchase (Cordova, TN) in October 2010, and The Village at Schilling Farms (Collierville, TN) in October 2010.
