The artistic trio of Mike, Miho and Fumio has produced a truly engaging piece of art. I can’t wait to see what is next!

IRAMagic, LLC is pleased to announce that a key vendor and our dear friend, Mike Wilson of Sulphurbath Productions, was part of a collaborative trio that won the Best Music Video Award at the New York International Film Festival for “The Return of the Jitney Man.” Mike joined Miho Morita, the video’s art director, and Fumio Tashiro of Resobox in accepting this well-deserved award.
“Anyone who views “The Return of the Jitney Man” will immediately understand why we are thrilled that Mike is a member of the IRA Magic family,” commented Thomas J. Gary, President of IRA Magic, LLC. “The artistic trio of Mike, Miho and Fumio has produced a truly engaging piece of art. I can’t wait to see what is next!”
Combining footage of the brilliant, famed jazz drummer, Jeff “Train” Watts, with claymation representations of other musicians including Branford Maralis, Terence Blanchard and Christian McBride, shots of New York City and original digit al backgrounds created by Miho Morita, “The Return of the Jitney Man” not only brings great jazz music to life, it does so in a unique and thoroughly entertaining fashion.
