Darvis says, "I'm living proof that the program in my book works. I'm in my fifties and I am as fit and firm as I was in my twenties." Darvis has written Forever Fit and Firm based on his experience of over 30 years in his quest of staying healthy and fit as he ages. Darvis says his book is not based on scientific theory but rather on results he has attained for both himself and his clients.
