Thinking about, planning, farming, starting, and running your own small business
Piscataway, NJ (Vocus) September 24, 2010
From self-published author Dr. Michael L. Faulkner comes a comprehensive approach to understanding and dealing with the political left or the neo-warmer’s plan to push global warming legislation. Released through Xlibris, Coming Face to Face with the Neo-Warmer’s Agenda is a critical take on a timely issue America faces today.
Faulkner, in this book, raises readers’ awareness on the radical environmental ideas of the far left, such as deep ecology, biosphere egalitarianism, preservation of animals and plants, and more. He points out that although these ideas sound principled on the surface, anything that favors plant or animals over the welfare and/or causes the loss of needed jobs and wealth-producing resources is misguided and irresponsible.
“The only thing there seems to be real evidence of is there will be no positive return on investment (ROI) for consumers or business. If our government, even though our Constitution has no provision for such an exercise of power, gets its way, consumers will end up paying much more for goods, services, and will pay higher taxes. Businesses will be forced to cut jobs, the individual quality of life will suffer and there will be much more unnecessary government interference in industry and in our individual lives,” the author says.
In seven chapters, Faulkner shows global warming as perceived by consumers; explores different points of views on global warming; reveals myths and questions which alarmists cannot and will not answer; introduces who benefits from cap-and-trade legislation; and gives people an idea on what global warming legislation is going to cost them. Offering an alternative view, Coming Face to Face with the Neo-Warmer’s Agenda demands for greater debate on this imposed government regulation.
