Enhancing the Kelly experience for our employees goes hand-in-hand with our service excellence efforts

Kelly Services, Inc., a leader in providing workforce solutions, was named to Inavero's 2010 Best of Staffing™ Candidate list today. Best of Staffing, presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, is the nation's only candidate satisfaction award that recognizes top staffing and recruiting firms that provide exceptional service to their employees (i.e., contract, contingent, temporary).

The survey is based on the Net Promoter Score® methodology, in which respondents rate their willingness to recommend a firm. Only the top scoring staffing and recruiting firms received the Best of Staffing honors. Kelly® completed a rigorous candidate survey process followed by careful analysis of responses to determine satisfaction levels, in order to be considered for the list. Kelly Services secured its place on the list by achieving a score that was more than twice the national staffing industry benchmark for talent satisfaction. Kelly Services received satisfaction ratings of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 64 percent of their talent, significantly higher than the industry's average of 48 percent.

"Enhancing the Kelly experience for our employees goes hand-in-hand with our service excellence efforts," said Teresa Carroll, senior vice president of Global Service at Kelly. "Knowing that our employees are willing to recommend us is the ultimate seal of approval."

The 2010 Best of Staffing Candidate award is in recognition of strong employee engagement and increases the likelihood that Kelly employees will recommend the company to others as a source for employment.

"Right now, not many companies are hiring full-time employees, but staffing firms continue to put more people on assignment each week. This is a time when those firms who are focused on delivering great service to their talent should be recognized and applauded," said Eric Gregg, managing partner of Inavero. "The Best of Staffing program presents an opportunity for staffing firms to differentiate themselves from the rest of the industry, recognizes excellence, and also provides invaluable information about how to continue to meet and exceed expectations of the talent they place on assignment."
