Therapist Outfitters launched a new website at to provide information, instruction and guidelines to counselors in the tough business of providing treatment for domestic violence and substance abuse offenders from the criminal justice system.

Therapist Outfitters offers Restorative Treatment for Drug Court and Domestic Violence Clients, at, a 160 page manual which gives a detailed and systematic program to help counselors build their own therapy practices. The site also provides Interventions for Men who Abuse Women: Worksheets for Facilitating Domestic Abuse Groups, at, and other workbooks for facilitators to work smart in running groups, engaging clients in the learning process.

Training opportunities for counselors are limited, especially in the fields of batterer intervention and substance abuse treatment.
